May Soft Skills in Practice (Boulevard Brewing)

Cary Phillips, JD, CPCU, CLU, AIC, ARe, and more recently, stand-up comedian, is much funnier and more interesting than his background would suggest. A former practicing attorney, reinsurance executive, and GE-trained Master Black Belt in Six Sigma Process Improvement, Cary now travels the U.S. conducting a one-day business simulation on financial acumen for thousands of employees. He also speaks on leadership skills for individual contributors, process improvement, and lessons learned from playing bingo on a cruise ship (seriously). Cary is a member of the National Speakers Association and currently serves on the K.C. CPCU Board of Directors.
